PuLalthanhwala  is five time CM of Mizoram which is one of the most greenish and valuable state of India. He is often referred as five time CM which is a hard earned appreciation. He said on Tuesday that people of north east often receive step-mother treatment even in India. He further said that he himself had to face racism many a times in various parts of India. He said that, that is why regionalism and secessionism is very high in north east India; justifying the Nuton theory that ‘every action has equal and opposite reaction’. To add to worse it happens among politician as well as he pointed out. This is obviously a hurdle for the unity and overall growth of the India.
