Since McDonald’s(@McDonalds) is operating since 1940 and has branches in more than hundred countries, it was not difficult to set up a suitable organization structure in India. They easily identified and divided the work to be performed in future to run the fastest food chain.  Activities which were similar in nature were grouped together. The basic criteria was functions such as finance, marketing, sales, customer services, franchising, security, hygiene and safety, property and construction, supply chain and restaurant service.
